“This is the most consistent and kindest Dunkin' I've ever been to. I pass 5 other locations on my way to work just to pick up at this one. The staff is ALWAYS so kind. The drinks and food are always made exactly the same. Bonus perk: it always remarkably clean as well. “I primarily visit this particular Dunkin at night because of 1 employee...He is the ONLY ONE WHO PAYS ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU ASK FOR. He may not always be the friendliest, but he's really great at his job. SEFI is the only reason I come to this Dunkin at night. Great employee...I hope management treats him very well. He's golden!!! “This is definitely one of the busiest Dunkin' Donuts locations in the Danbury, CT area. It's open 24/7.

What they don't tell you is that after 10 p.m. only the drive-thru is open; yet they offer all the same products as the walk-in store. I mention this because I have seen numerous people try to open the door after hours and then leave because they didn't know the drive-thru was available.

The employees here are very well trained. They're an excellent example for some other D.D. locations.“
