He genuinely acted like he was thrilled to serve you. Super pleasant, kind and attentive. Thank you!Also the sandwich was fantastic.“

“I love going to this subway simply cause I used to manage it when I was 17 Years old. Well I was in there the other night and ordered a sandwich. Unfortunately when I went to pay my card was not working due to a fraudulent charge . The girl told me it was OK and that she'd use her sub bucks to pay for it. I was a little embarrassed but very grateful she helped me out instead of throwing it out and sending me on my way. So tonight I repayed her with 20 bucks. She seemed very grateful for that . Terry if your reading this give her a raise lol i think her name is Rebecca . People like her are worth their weight in gold and are a complete asset to your company.I'm glad you still have awesome employees at this location!! I will never stop going to this location!“

“I gave it a 4 because out of 10 employees that works here there’s always one who is rude and I’m always lucky to get that guy every time I go here. You can’t help it there’s always going to be one bad apple but overall I’m pleased with the service and food. Time greeted every time I walk in and everyone (expect that one dude) is busy working on orders.“

“I like that the playground is in a different room. That tables are set up for small kids and adults. Service was good, oddly enough. We spent 2 hours there on a rainy day with my daughter and grandkids“

“I really appreciate the efficient service , quality of food and value . Staff and managers are always attentive and friendly even late at night. You need to consider opening a location in Winsted and/or Avon/Canton vicinity as I drive 15 min out of my way to visit Wendy's.“
