“Been visiting the Berkshires for over twenty years, but this was our first visit to the Collins Diner. I'm a big fan of old style diners, so this was a treat. We found the owner welcoming and friendly. We appreciated the care that was taken with our order. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. We tried omelets, burgers, and the tuna melt. The owner handles the order taking, cooking, and cleanup. She does it seven days a week. I image that on a busy day, this means it might take some time to get your food, but it's worth the wait. We'll be returning next time we're in the Berkshires.“
