“Amazing food highly recommend!!“

“I went for lunch on two occasions while visiting family over the holidays. It was really really good. First, I had the meatball grinder - the bread was perfect, fresh with just the right amount of crunch in the crust, the meatballs cheese and sauce were excellent. The next time, I ordered the Margarita Panini - also excellent. Would absolutely recommend and plan to frequent on future visits. Service was the right amounts of friendly and low key and prices were reasonable.“

“Our second time trying Verona and both times we were very happy with our food. Our first visit we got pizza to go and it was the best margarita pizza we’ve ever had. Tonight we dined in and had the most amazing meals. They were super busy today and were out of some items so we had to change our order but I am so glad we did. The penne ala vodka was the best I’ve ever had and my husband loved the lasagna. The server, Harmony, was so kind and attentive. Portion sizes were very generous and now I have lunch for tomorrow as well. We will definitely be back!“

“I've lived in this neighborhood for seven years and watched this restaurant change hands multiple times. The current owners are amazing. The rice and chicken is amazing but my preferred choice is a turkey grinder. Im very specific and my grinder is always made to perfection with care and good energy. Half of the staff remembers me at this point. The restaurant is clean as per usual and the music is soothing. If you haven't come to order I would highly recommend that you do!

Also since im adding a photo, my order is light turkey cheese all the veggies, extra mayo, vinegar and pepper. I had to specify since my personal sandwich may not look appetizing to some.“

“We decided to give Vivaldi’s a shot tonight after a long day at work. We hadn’t had it before, so we weren’t sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised. This pizza is as good as any pizza in Avon/Canton and better than several. This is really a carry out place… there is a booth in there, but seriously, take it with you.

We had a mushroom pizza and it was great. Baked just the way we like it. We will be back for sure.“

“Outstanding food! I’ve stopped here twice and love the effort on the obvious “homemade” efforts that makes it so good. Chowder was great, and the 30 year old recipe for the lasagna (as the menu boasts) did NOT disappoint. Try this spot, don’t rush or be in a hurry, and enjoy the food and obvious effort that’s put into to making it as good as it truly is. I plan on continuing to explore the menu and specials when they’re to be had. Enjoy!“

“I was in the area and decided to take a chance and Grab a cup and char pepperoni pizza. let me just say, if you're from the area you are lucky to have this close by. The pizza I had was absolutely delicious. 8.6 from me on the pepperoni. The Buffalo didn't do it for me, likely because I tried the Pepperoni first and in my mind nothing was going to compare.“

“We ate in during an evening ride on the bike trail. The owner was there and we got to talk with him all evening. He’s been making delicious food there for 31 years and is looking for his retirement exit. But hey the calzone he made was so perfect. Ample crispy crust with a soft doughy but cooked through dough and generous amounts of cheese and other ingredients. I don’t think he skimps on anything! I saw several people enter to pickup their orders called in, and a good mixture of grinder sandwiches and pizza heading out the door.
Pricing was very reasonable and the atmosphere was as to be expected for a small pizza joint with a fryer and griddle. But the basketball tournament on TV held in Kosovo was pretty neat to watch.

“This was my first experience at Town and Country and it sure wont be my last. I bought a small deluxe pizza, bacon and cheese fries to eat dine in and a ham, turkey and provolone cheese grinder to go. The pizza was hot, fresh and the crust was immaculate. I typically dont eat the crust on pizzas bc it tends to be too dense. Town and County's pizza crust is crusty and soft. The fries were good, I just wish the bacon on it was cooked a little longer to get more of a crisp to it but they were delicious. Later we got home and enjoyed the grinder that did not disappoint! The ingredients were fresh, the bread was crusty and soft and didnt get mushy from the oil and vinegar on it. This was the best grinder I have had in a very long time.“

“Decided to treat myself today, walked In put my order of Spinach Pie, Hamburger with fries and Steak and Mushrooms grinder in. Went to CVS, went back and 2 minutes later my order was ready. Granted it was late afternoon and not busy. Had the mini spinach pies and hamburger. The hamburger was cooked to perfection, loved the spinach pies. The grinder packed with steak and mushrooms will have to wait. On my list of favorite Pizza restaurants: Farmington Avenue Pizza rates 3rd. I know others enjoy it as much as I do ...so give them a try and let them know what you think.“

“I ordered the catering appetizer platter, pita and a side of grilled veggies for take out for a party. There was more than enough for the 20 guests and Everyone raved about the food. I loved that they called me the day before to confirm pick up and everything was ready to go when I arrived. They helped me carry platters into the car. The fries were cold, but it's hard to get fries delivered hot in this weather. I couldn't believe the portion size. I'll be nibbling on them for days. “I live in Hartford and i have had numerous pizza spots in West Harford, Hartford, Wethersfield and Manchester. This place beats them all and take a 30 minute to go get their pizza. The crust is fantastic and the pizza sauce is authentic which makes any topping very good. This place is a gem.“

“One of the best pizza’s in Hartford County, pizza was great and very tasty …. Actually better than Pepe’s … we all says that Pepe’s have the good pizzas but this is by far the best pizza I have eaten after a long time. Very friendly staff and clean restaurant. I don’t think I will ever try any other pizza ever.
