“We moved to town recently and decided to check this place out ( I wanted a donut😊) I have no words , we were amazed!! The salad and food looked delicious and the donuts BEST EVER!!! If you haven't been yet it's definitely a must !!! You won't be disappointed.“

“I have been impressed with this Dunkin lately as they are very inconsistent in this area. I generally get what I ask for. HOWEVER, I did not appreciate being yelled at by the drive-thru person "could you pull closer next time?" I am sorry you had to reach a little and wow stellar customer service skills. I get with the mask and barriers our jobs have become more difficult but I too work with the public and would NEVER talk to someone that way! By the way I wasn't that far from the window.“

“Every morning since I have been back in CT I stop here and give my order and the staff is friendly even understanding when the kids are being difficult picking what they want. I managed a Dunkin down south so I know how things go when people order correctly and incorrectly. Correctly is a smooth in out. Food, beverages then donuts. The first time kids being difficult I thought I was going to create chaos but the staff helped through the process!
Did I mention how awesome the manager was?

“This is a "real" Dunkin, meaning it's not in a gas station - it's in its own building, with all the bells and whistles. The donut selection was slim due to, I think, the big craft fair in town that pulls in big crowds, but still, it's a Dunkin, so I was happy!“

“It is a Dunkin like all other Dunkins for its food and drink, but maybe less variety than some bigger branches. This one has no customer seating, just standing tables and bars I think this is so it isn't classified as a restaurant, and thus it is ok that it has no public restrooms.

The staff when we visited were friendly and helpful. Thanks.

“WARNING ⚠️ the reviews seem to all be bad because people don’t feel the need to post their good experiences and only the bad ones. Also the location has changed! The GPS is right, but the pictures are wrong! It’s not in a tan building, it’s a dark ish building with an ombré effect on a part of it. The picture of the sign and the picture with the motorcycles, incorrect.Anywho, I come here occasionally and have gotten numerous items and non of them have been messed up or damaged in a any way, so in most cases your order is fine. (I recommend the frozen hot chocolate, it’s not just chocolate milk it’s better) but the staff is slacking off. I mean, what do you expect from a fast food place lol, but this was somehow worse than McDonald’s. The lady had a trashy appearance, smelled AWFUL and gave me a rude look while I was ordering. She also rolled her eyes numerous times, and closed her eyes and rested them in her hands while I was speaking to her. Very rude. I haven’t seen her in a while so I’m glad.“
