“Ok, we stopped in here because we were starving and wanted a nice grinder to satisfy the need. To start, the place was nice and clean. The girl behind the counter was really friendly, really helpful, and really patient! Cause I really had NO IDEA what kind of sub I wanted since just about everything on the menu looked good! I finally made a choice and the girl made my sandwich to my exact specs and it was perfect. I enjoyed the soft fresh bread, right down to my "one thin line" of mustard down the middle. You know, "for flavor". Lol. We ate in, enjoyed our food, and were on our way. I would definitely eat there again!”

They took extra care with our vegetarian quesadillas, creating an off-menu special with mushrooms, onions, and peppers, all freshly cooked and packed into fresh and tender corn tortillas. They will make anything in a veggie version and also do gluten-free. The storefront restaurant is modest but has a warm feeling. Gallo's has the feel of a community favorite and the food is made with love. Can't recommend this gem enough!”

Considering the fact that we go during peak time, the service is always so impressively quick and friendly and even when we have to wait, it's never for long. “We are full-time wedding photographers, and we had the pleasure of photographing a wedding ceremony and reception at Georgina’s on a summer day with a wonderful couple. The space in the back of the restaurant turned out to be larger than expected in person and amazingly well suited for photos both during the wedding itself and after with the couple and their friends and family. We used the ceremony space and the small bridge to make some very cute shots. Moving inside we were able to enjoy a sweet and intimate evening with some fantastic food. Everyone loved it all from what we could see, and the couple was very happy with the wedding and how the photos came out. Our thanks to the considerate and attentive staff, too! “Was Working in town and decided to stop by as I’ve heard great things about UConn Diary Bar. There were commencements going on so lines were a little long but worth the wait. I got a medium 3 scoop black raspberry which was fresh and delicious. Definitely would go back again.”

This evening my wife and I decided to dine in and the experience was better than expected! We had Samosas, Thai noodles, Chicken Tikka Masala, Lamb Tikka Masala, and Naan. The service was friendly and attentive. The owner/chef came out to our table to ask how everything was. What I told him is what I'm telling all of you. This is the best Indian food I've had to date! I have a strong culinary background and highly recommend you put this place on a short list of great food destinations! In the past we've had curry lamb, tomato soup, tom yam soup, lolipop chicken, fried rice, and aloo paratha. Make your way through the whole menu, you won't be disappointed!”

“Beautiful and authentic place! Taking care of cows is a really hard job, so I have a lot of respect for these farmers. We are from Europe, when we tried the whole milk from Fish farm, we can’t buy ANY other milk on the market! This is how milk is supposed to taste! Also, best ice cream, sweet cream my favorite.
