The environment is unbelievably disgusting. If you do mobile order, confusion will happen.
The food is fine, tastes like a Chipotle. But the Chipotlane mobile pickup is wildly mismanaged. If someone pulls up and their food won't be ready for 10 minutes, they just sit at the window and let a line build up. There's no place to park for someone to bring it out like a normal drivetrough, there's no enforcing people moving out of the way so people already in their pickup window can get their food, and food is routinely ready way after the pickup window. Filthy, extremely slow, low quality food. I love chipotle and this is probably the worst location I’ve visited. Really embarrassing.
