“Local place with excellent parking. I would recommend a latte from this location as they seem to specialize in it. If you are a local or a traveler all are welcomed by the calming staff. If you are father they have excellent powder donut muchkins for our kids and clean bathrooms.“

“Finally I can say they have good people working here now. While back during covid I came to this location and waited 15 minutes for the girl to come out and notice me waiting to order. Haha. Most importantly, on our 10 hour trip we had to stop and I HOPE management recognizes this because these two employees deserve a raise for the representation of one or America’s most beloved brands. We run on it! These two represented one of the nicest rest stops I’ve ever seen and immediately Jennifer hit us with a smile helped make sure our orders were correct and then Tania made two of the best drinks by Dunkin’ we’ve ever had. “Fast friendly and efficient. They had everything ready including my sandwich before I even paid! Very minimal conversation, but that was a good thing for this time in the morning. Just saying it so you don’t walk in expecting to have one. As far as Sunday morning pick-me-up coffee goes? 10/10.“

“The first impression is everything. It looks inviting and clean. The staff greets each customer with a smile and offers an assortment of fresh donuts and bagel options. I ordered turkey sausage, egg, and cheese on a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with mayo. To my delight, the sandwich was toasted to perfection. The egg was light and fluffy, and the turkey sausage was juicy, not dry. Salt and pepper were available at the pickup counter as well as ketchup. The only quam I have is that the only customer accessible napkins were positioned near one of the exits on the extreme opposite side of the store far from the pickup area.

We live in Watertown but will definitely make another trip down to Wilton or your new Bethel location, when it opens. Your staff is fantastic! All the customers coming in were regulars. “I am frequent of all locations, i was in line at the drive thru and the guy before me was calling the young lady an idiot because she asked for him to repeat his order meanwhile i know he mumbles and has an island accent. When i was greated by her sunshine smile face at the window i apologized for the animals in our country and she kept her beautiful attitude. Wish i caught her name but i want to say it starts with S. Anyway thanks for keeping it together for us all and the smile on your face i personally left a couple bucks tip and all i had was a healthy black coffee. “I usually go here at night when I’m washing my laundry at Newfield Green and need a night snack in between. The service is always so kind. Sometimes they are busy or may not have what you may want but think about it. Its late night and they didnt get their delivery yet. Other than that 10/10 would recommend. Ive gone here a few times during the day. Service still great as well.

Parking: Free parking lot that pertains to the property. Of course as stated in any other parking lot no 24h parking and violators will be towed.

“Last night I stopped in for a large black and sweet coffee and two jelly donuts and when I got on the road, I had a coffee with no sugar and two glazed donuts. The first girl didn’t understand English, and it seems the second girl that helped her did not speak English either. Usually, everything is great this time it wasn’t“

Alaina was my service woman and she was amazing at first you think who is this lady with the sad eyes but when you get to know her you can see she takes pride in her job and does anything to please me . As a client I hope this woman keeps on brewing and making hot coco like it’s fresh from the cow. Dunkin owner please consider giving this woman a raise and don’t let the sad eyes fool you she is full of life and learning to do what it takes in this country to get a head in life and will always help me as a customer. Its hard for her to go home after making us happy and she has a kid and a husband who may not be the best so please appreciate her with more money and a better position when the time comes“
