“Every time I visit New York I stop by my favorite Dunkin Donuts shop in Long Island, the Hicksville Station Dunkin. This place is 24/7 and it's always reliable when I come back late from the city or just before and after visiting family.

The staff here work hard and this location being near the LIRR Station makes it a stop for all kinds of visitors. I've seen the staff deal with drunk, homeless, and sometimes even dangerous customers - yet they still keep as much professionality and service as they can.

My orders always came out correct and I always enjoy my time here, even after 10+ years. Keep up the good work guys. And to all my fellow guests: The staff here have to deal with a lot. The location is open all day and night and the staff deal with some of the worst personalities from alcoholics to drugged up homeless to random pranksters and even gang members. Please cut them some slack, the area is a literal subway.“

“I ordered custom donuts and an ice cream cake from this location and from time of order the customer service was fabulous. When I called to place order they were so helpful and offered some great ideas! On morning of pick up they were extremely busy but still friendly and efficient and even helped bring stuff to my car. It's almost too good to be true. They've even got a merchandise table, with tons of cool DD themed trinkets. Go check it out for yourself!“

So when this brand-new Shell station opened with a Tim Hortons inside, we had to stop in.

“I have been going to this Dunkin all the time there is this guy that is so nice and treats all his customers with much love and respect he goes above and beyond with everyone. Especially with kids and seniors and people with disabilities. I wish there was more people like him in other businesses, I recommend coming to during the afternoon times it’s the best times.“

“Standard Dunkin’ Donuts . Super busy but in a key location. Lot of traffic but a lot of staffing so service is still good. Parking is miserable due to configuration and size of lot, access points to the road, and drive thru line logistics.

Still if you need Dunkin I’d recommend drive thru experience to avoid the pain of parking.“

“There is one Lady in the evening shift she’s the best made my day I requested to make me a fresh midnight coffee and she did it for me only🙌cause literally I was going some other places and they used to give me old regular coffe mixture with espresso shots but she didn’t did that thankful for the service she’s the best.“
