“Good afternoon folks! With Starbucks in Avon closed for construction, I’ve been a the hunt for a new coffee place. Yesterday, I tried Coffee Trade for the first time. I was beyond impressed. The coffee was delicious and made with on site roasted beans. The prices are extremely reasonable, way cheaper than Doms or any competing shops. They had countless exciting flavors, I want to attempt to try them all. The atmosphere was so great and unique. And, the employees are truly fantastic and helpful. It’s hard nowadays to find a business with strong morals and sense of community. I felt immediately welcomed at Coffee Trade. I went back today and once again was impressed. If you haven’t tried this place yet and are a true coffee lover, it’s worth a visit. Their outdoor patio is also lovely and great to spend a relaxing morning. I’ll be sure to be back and make this part of my regular routine. My only regret is not trying it sooner 😂“

“WOW!!!! I lived in France for 8 years and have traveled through much of Europe……Bounom is hands down the VERY BEST bakery that I have ever been to!!!! My mother and I are fairly accomplished cooks and bakers so are very aware of quality……..we do not eat grocery store pastries….they may be convenient and less expensive but are very poor quality……Kamla makes everything by hand with top quality ingredients the morning that they are sold…..basically, you get what you pay for!!!!!! Top quality ingredients are expensive! You can order online the day before to make sure that you are able to get what you want, they often sell out early. If you want discount store prices, then go to the discount store……Bounom products are EXCEPTIONAL and very much worth the price!!!!! In addition the staff are extremely friendly and helpful!!!! My NUMBER ONE RECOMMENDATION for a bakery !!!! Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to their wonderful goodies!!! I would give them 10 stars if I were able!!!“

“Shoutout to the morning crew who know me by name by now! I think a couple must have left but I’ve seen the employees deliver an older woman’s coffee outside to her so she didn’t have to walk in. I usually do mobile pick up but one time it was raining and the line for the drive thru was unusually long but after I told them I was picking up in the drive thru, someone actually came out and brought it to me instead of having me wait the line. That’s great customer service you don’t see anymore! Coffee baristas deal with a lot and little gestures like that always make me smile.“

“Perfect place for a kid’s party! We held two birthday parties there today, back to back. The kids all entertained themselves easily with all of the video games and making their own sundaes. Everyone had a great time and the ice cream was great! Amazing service, the staff is so nice to work with.“

“When I got to the Starbucks it was very very busy. There were only two baristas working, but it was very obvious that they were very experienced and they had a system going. My order was taken, I got in line to pick it up. I got my frappuccino, iced cherry chai, grilled cheese, & chocolate chip cookie quite quickly considering there were about 6 people ahead of me. Both baristas were very friendly, whilst being efficient. Once I got to my car I tried my frappuccino and I wished I'd tried it in the store so I could have complimented the barista -- it was one of the best fraps I'd had in a while! SO good!
Definitely stopping here next time I'm in town!!!

Vegetarian options: They don't really have a huge selection of food for vegetarians or non-vegetarians... And the food is rather expensive just like the coffee.
It's more like do you want a snack? I think they have a couple things that are vegetarian? I don't know. I'm not vegetarian. They do have nut milks- which I put in my coffee because milk milk is gross.

Parking: No drive through. A little hard to find compared to other Starbucks stores, this one's in a small outdoor mall. The mall is a right angle... with the Starbucks located in the very corner.

Kid-friendliness: Pretty much. There's nothing there to deter children, but there's nothing there to attract them either.

“Awesome public pool to bring the kids. Pool ranges from toddler to adult. Plenty of spaces to park and areas to lay down a towel or a chair. Ice cream is an added bonus for cooling down. Public pool bathrooms, change rooms and showers is AWESOME“

“The shops and bakery cases are beautiful. The desserts are stunning and always taste amazing. I ordered a pre-designed cake and macarons for my son's birthday everyone loved the cake and said the macarons were the best they've ever had. It's also a great place to stop in for a treat“

“I was there this afternoon with my grandsons. one of them is autistic, location 503 Windsor ave Windsor Ct. The employees there were great, Hector and William took care of my grandson they were very kind and attentive to what he wanted i didn't even have to clarify the order. they went out of their way to make him feel welcome. “This is a great dunkin! If I'm in the area it's the one I like to stop at. 1 they make the bagel twist perfect!! It's not over toasted and hard like other places. It comes out soft and hot and you can taste the cheddar cheese instead of burnt bread! 2 I walk in and haven't placed my order yet and they already have my 2 bagel twist hot and ready to go! Now that's service!! I don't know the guys name who does it but he's good! The entire staff is pretty good.“
