“If I was rating our experience based on our first time going here, it would be 5 stars. Our second visit was not as great as the first. Unfortunately the service lacked, incredibly, our second time here. We watched our waitress go above and beyond for all tables seated around us (similar to the waitress our first time here). When our waitress got to our table, she didn’t ask if it was our first time dining with them (as we’d heard her ask 2 other tables), she didn’t offer to explain any of the specials (as we’d heard her tell the other tables), her demeanor and tone visibly shifted from cheery to monotone each time she got to our table, and she didn’t check in with us throughout our meal. It was incredibly odd. Maybe she wrongly assumed since we are on the younger end of their typical clientele, my husband is covered in tattoos, and we had our young child with us, that she wouldn’t be tipped well?! Not sure. But her service definitely left us with a sour taste towards Grano Arso, which is so unfortunate since we enjoyed our first visit there. My husband left her a 40% tip as he usually does when we dine out; perhaps she won’t be so judgy towards others in the future.“

I was concerned because it was a Saturday morning at 8:30 a.m. and I just knew it would be busy and we may not get seated right away; we were seated as soon as we walked in.

When going to most breakfast places for a first time especially, I always go for my go-to, which is the eggs benedict.

To be honest when my eggs benedict and home fries arrived, the holidays looked a bit different than I am used to at most places and I was unsure about how it would be, taste-wise.
I really enjoyed it and I ate every bite. I always get my English muffins toasted extra for that crunch and so they don't end up too soggy.
Perfect amount of Hollandaise and the home fries were good as well.

Tasty coffee, which matters because you would be surprised or not, that a lot of breakfast places don't serve super good coffee. ?

“Wow, I dont even know where to start! I visited Marlborough Pizza for the very first time yesterday and was quite blown away. As soon as my family and I walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a hello from the staff members. These days nobody ever looks up to acknowledge anyone anmore. They work as a team over there, one lady sat us whyle the other wemt to fetch menus and Utensils right away. It was our first time going there, even though we live 6 min down the road.(I know, we've been missing out!) The bar staff was amazing in explaining the various types of wine, even allowing sampling before purchasing a glass. I've been to many wineries and the food/snacks are always overpriced. I love that you can purchase snacks here at a reasonable price AND they allow you to bring your own food-so fun! The atmosphere was cozy and just so beautiful.
