“just moved to the area and year ago & refuse to go to any other dunkin, now. the staff is so kind & the consistency is insane. never received a bad drink here. only thing is the drive thru can get a bit backed up. i don't mind waiting, but if you do just place your order online & pick up inside, they're quick. :)“
“These girls are the BEST💕I travel for work all over CT driving 200+ miles a day and have been to almost every Dunkin in Connecticut from Stamford to Putnam, CT and THIS IS THE BEST DUNKIN!! The atmosphere isn’t boring! The girls are talking having fun with the customers 🩷 they have a crew of older gentlemen who have retired and come there everyday to sit in their lobby and chat it up lol so cute. And I order the same thing at EVERY Dunkin and most always give me old hashbrowns or my croissant stuffer is cold in the middle 😡 but not 704 Foxon!! It’s perfect EVERYTIME 🥰 which is why even if I’m scheduled in Stamford, I make sure I come to this Dunkin first so I don’t have to go anywhere else!! Thanks ladies for always taking care of me 💕“
“The team at this Dunkin' was super kind. I redeemed some points for 2 items but they showed as redeemed but not as part of my order. They checked it out and made sure I got my entire order while they were busy juggling many other customers. Will come back. :)“
“This location is on a busy service road to interstate 95. Plenty of parking including handicap spaces, could be hard getting out and back onto the road. Easy to notice from the road in normal traffic. There are male and female restrooms available here. The space inside is comfy, cozy and cool. Good for groups or dining alone. There are no outdoor seating but there is a drive thru.“
“Updated review...The morning crew is always the best. They are fast and I never come across incorrect orders. The afternoon and weekend crew well that's a whole different ball park. They never ever make iced coffee the way I order it. It's made however they feel like it. I repeated the order about 3 times waited in line forever to get an incorrect order made and then handed the iced coffee out the window with coffee around the top and sides with no napkins mind you. For all the money that is spent at Dunkin... all we deserve in return is the correct order.Maybe some more assistance or training for the weekend and afternoon staff?“
