“I ordered a turkey Club and a ham, bacon, cheese sandwich and both came without bacon. I took it back to the counter and the guy said I didn't order bacon. I said, I did but no matter ,I would be glad to pay for the difference. He promptly put two cold pieces of bacon on each sandwich and then proceeded to toss the plates on to the table for us. I will never be back here again.Update 08/18/19 Well I have gone back and the management has changed staff now and I now rate 4 stars instead of 1. They have really turned it around.The chicken Vermonter is downright addicting it's so good . Great reversal guys. One last thing, please stop cleaning the trays with the same cloth that has never been washed and smells like stale water and you will get 5 starsx. 12/13/24 they have stopped using old cloth to clean the tables so now it is 5 stars . Great turnaround guys“

“I was already craving Jersey Mikes the other day but then saw a post last night of the owner supporting his employee that was celebrating 1 year sobriety and donating to the cause. I happened to be in Longmeadow for my sons practice the same night I saw it… and although not the day some proceeds will go to the cause, I must say, it was the click that said “get jersey mikes tonight” ? I just find that to be so wholesome and empathetic of the owner to recognize his employee for this accomplishment and be publicly vocal & proud about it. The employees have always been top notch for a “fast food” joint. I’ve always been impressed by the friendliness. I think this store is really well run by what I’ve seen and I obviously love love love the food! Just earned enough points for a free sub, so I will be back again soon. ?“

“Anytime I have a layover in Hartford, I make sure to grab a sandwich from here. I’m addicted to the Thanksgiving Toasted sandwich; It’s delicious each time, I love the consistency. A special shoutout to the Charles, Sabrina, and Danny. Their positive energy today really jumpstarted my afternoon.“

“Great team that works here! They always do their best to make sure our food is on time (when ordering on the app, which is much better than having to wait in line), and are very friendly and positive. Our orders are always correct and they do their best to accommodate if they're out of a particular ingredient. They've done a great job adapting to the COVID pandemic and were one of the few restaurants that were open for take-out when the state allowed it. My only wish is that they were one of the stores that honors the $5 foot long deals that are advertised.“

“I came to Subway to pick up an online order and didn't see my order on the pick up rack so a young man asked if I needed help. I had ordered a few hot subs and the staff actually kept it warm on top of their oven. I was very thankful and impressed by the staff here at Ellington Subway! Thank you again!“

“Had brothers working together and had a great system between them. They took time to get your order as requested and had great attitudes. And restaurant was clean.

“I have a personal beef with Subway!!they got rid of their wraps??Are you kidding me right now!!!!!..but this is my veggie stop what I usually do is order veggie wraps for 3 weeks 6 days a week and I noticed weight loss and it's healthy. The flat bread is not a good option and why because it falls apart while eating its MESSSY SLOPPY. That's just my opinion.“

“The staff was excellent today in helping me recreate a sandwich I haven't seen on their menu in years. That didn't stop them though and my old favorite was made with tender love and kindness. I appreciate all their hardwork today! I hope they get paid well, because Subway's prices have significantly increased!“

“I love this subways the food is great there always changing the menu and customer service is awesome as well as there employees friendly and always willing to laugh and conversation is great.
Vegetarian options: There is a large amount of choices for everyone, especially the vegetarian .
Parking: It's opened parking lot and not far to walk.

“The young man working Saturday March 16,2024 needs a raise!! He was helping another co-worker that seemed to have a hard time understanding English, all while getting yelled at by 2 very rude women. They were just straight mean, saying "I knew you were going to screw it up!"---etc. I told him how sorry I was that he had to deal with that, it wasn't acceptable! He said "I just chalk it up them having a bad day!" GOOD FOR YOU DUDE, you have such a good attitude, his service was great and this kid is going places!! I was so impressed, because I would want to chuck a pc of salami at them!! They were just so mean!! To the mean ladies: DO BETTER!! Life is short, and Karma is coming!“

“Great experience as always. The manager Amanda is always a pleasure and her sandwich making skills are unrivaled. This is one of the very few subway restaurants I frequent thanks to her and her staff. Great food, great service and always a pleasant visit. I will definitely continue coming here.“
