“Today was my first time here! I had an amazing experience! The food was great! My frozen coffee was delicious! But the most amazing thing was I saw an employee stop what he was doing to bring an elderly dog back to his neighbor! It’s the little things for me. “Cookies are always good here, albeit a little pricey. Unfortunately, they can't GIVE you a receipt...it has to be texted or emailed, which is rather inconvenient. But at least they didn't add a tip onto my credit card, like they did at the Crumbl Cookie location in New York City (Chelsea) yesterday! And I had to remind him that I paid for
a Chocolate Milk with my order, too, which he forgot.“

“This place is a favorite of mine since childhood and one of my first stops when back in the area. Old-fashioned dairy bar. Have to try the Bernice original cheeseburger with the grill-fried cheese, fires and coleslaw. Great ice cream cones and sundaes, along with other diner classics.“

“Overall, it was okay — not the best experience but still decent. I tried the French Onion Burger, and honestly, I wouldn’t order it again; the original ShackBurger is much better in flavor and balance. However, the milkshake was excellent — rich, creamy, and probably the highlight of the meal. The service was quick, and the restaurant was clean as always. Not my favorite Shake Shack visit, but still a solid spot for a good burger and a great shake.“
