“Love is in the air and the smells like coffee. The smell of freshly brewed coffee brought me to this location today. I am not a coffee lover but I love the smell of coffee and it's that smell that led me to the parking lot. The drive-through line was ridiculously long so I decided to go inside. Inside was very quiet with only one customer insight. Could I decide what to get, as usually no so I spent 2 minutes looking up and down the board until I saw their special for the season the pistachio Frappuccino? After a conversation with the cashier on other options, I finally decided to try this new flavor. I placed my order and browse the store. The store was well cleaned and maintained. Different quotes are on the wall which made it very cozy and a quiet environment for a coffee break or to use your computer as you see in those movies. A bulletin board was also in sight which listed different activities in the area. My order was ready and to my delight, It looked so much better than the display photo. But we all know looks can be deceiving. However, after one sip through my straw, I was in awe.No words could describe the taste in my mouth. It was very creamy and had the perfect ratio of coffee added for a non-coffee drinker. The buttercream on top with sprinkles added just the right kick to make the taste just melt right in my mouth. It was not too sweet and not too frozen, it was just right. My cup has been finished for over an hour and I am still sipping the empty cup. There are pastry items available but not many options as it was close to the end of the day, so I don't expect shelves to be fully stocked. Like any Starbucks, coffee mugs, water bottles and thimbles are for sale and a wide variety of gift card options. If you haven't tried this new frappe Flavor please do as I know you will be in love just like me once that taste gets to the tip of your tongue.“
“Honestly this Starbucks location should get 10 stars. I had to run some errands in the area one morning, so I set up shop to do some remote work in the lounge. It was pretty busy for a Thursday but managed to get a large table to spread out my laptop and things. Despite having a ton of people getting their morning coffee, I was surprised with how quickly and efficiently the whole team was... and so incredibly friendly. This customer experience was by far the best I have ever had in any Starbucks location. Ada and Kim were especially kind, smiling and were a breath of fresh air on a hectic morning for me. They even came around to help recommend the best sandwich box. Will definitely come back, thank you for brightening my day!“
“When I'm looking for a quick bite and a coffee, this is my place! The staff is great and they always get my order right. There are a lot of chains on Hazard Ave and I've been to them all. But this Starbucks gets my money because they just rock!“
