She was screaming so loud in the drive through that the employees gave me a free drink upgrade and wrote “you got this!” On my cup. Thank you for making this tired mom’s day!“

I am writing to share some positive feedback regarding my visit to your Starbucks location at Spencer and Manchester in july 2026.

I visited during the morning, and I was highly impressed by the cleanliness of the store and the helpfulness of the staff. In particular, I would like to recognize one of your baristas, Kennedy. He was exceptionally helpful and patiently answered all of my questions when I wanted to try a new beverage. His recommendation was excellent, and he maintained a warm, professional, and positive attitude throughout our interaction.

Having visited numerous Starbucks locations across North America, I greatly appreciated Kennedy's patience and outstanding service, which truly distinguishes the customer experience and encourages repeat business.

Great seating options, friendly staff, super clean bathrooms, well made food/drinks.
