“I received such great customer service tonight at the West Farms Mall location! They made a mistake with my drink -- London Fog -- a delicious tea drink made with earl grey tea, steamed milk and pumps of vanilla. YUMMMM!! When I brought it to their attention, they were SO pleasant and didn't mind remaking it for me. And it was PERFECT! Not only that, but they also gave me a $4 gift card for my next visit!! I believe my barista was Xavier and he was awesome!!! Thanks, guys!!“
