Starbucks in Ludlow

“If I could give 10 stars to the lovely gentleman with the pink leopard hair I'd hit them stars non stop!!! He was an absolute light this morning! Asked for a certain cold foam and they were out, so he asked if I preferred anything specific. Now mind you I haven't tried all the cold foams, so I told him whichever sounds good to him... Not only did he do that such thing, but he made me probably THE MOST amazing matcha I have ever had in my life!! A good conversation, a good fruity drink and a now scheduled hair appointment, I hope to be served by him again!! God bless my new Starbucks bestie 😎💅 this one deserves a raise and high praise bcuz it seems to me that even on hard days he finds a way to shine his light and bring good vibes to everyone he meets. Thankful for this experience I hope this message gets passed along to him!!“

“Victoria (working July 28 @445pm) was an absolute STAR. She was the embodiment of customer service and interacting with her made my day! I hope her manager will read this review & make note that she’s a star. Our whole family talked about our interaction for miles??“

“Stop here in a pinch I thought it was a cool way to order your coffee through a window and not actually have to go inside. But it left little for the atmosphere. I would definitely stop here again for some coffee Plus it's right off the highway you can't really complain.“
