Once your bowl is ready, you walk up to the massive grill where the staff take a number and cook your meal right in front of you. Watching the skilled cooks toss everything on the hot grill while you wait is part of the fun, and the staff are constantly rotating ingredients to ensure everything stays fresh and flavorful. It’s a perfect combination of interactive dining, great food, and attentive service—highly recommended!“
