“Sat in dining room for family night out and ordered off that menu as opposed to take-out / food court option. Was delicious and I’ve been to some top Chinese restaurants. Not sure why only 3.5 stars, should avg. 4-4.5 at least. Granted I did not go to the take-out / food court section so idk but I assume its similar food.General Tso’s was great, as were pan fried dumplings, wonton soup, house special fried rice and beef with broccoli. Large family size portions which was great for 4 of us. Attentive friendly service. Not from this area and don’t know what other options there are there for Chinese, but I would certainly go back if at this hotel, which by the way is beautiful.“
“My husband and I visit Mohegan Sun 4 to 6 times a year and always look forward to Chinese food at the Sunrise Square. We both grew up in NYC so we really miss good Chinese food and this is the only place we truly enjoy. The food is fresh and plentiful. The General Taos chicken is all white meat. The house special fried rice is full of nice sized shrimp and pork with eggs, peas, scallions, etc. So good. Not the over greasy fried brown stuff you sometimes get when take-outs. The shrimp and pork dumplings are large and delicious. The sauce it comes with is really good, it's tangy and sweet. We're always ask for extra spicy and then request the extra chili oil. Never disappointed. With all the Asian clientele, I would imagine that they'd have to be good. Food court is opened until 2am. Don't forget the sit-down restaurant next door, Fantasia.“

“A unique opportunity to try Sri Lankan food in an intimate dining space. I am not sure I have ever seen a Sri Lankan spot! Our server was super helpful in describing the traditional dishes and making recommendations based on our preferences. We ordered three dishes to get a fair sampling of the cuisine and also the benefit of having great leftovers for the next day as well. We got the Kottu Roti, Lump Rice, and the Stew all with a spice level of mild, which was perfectly enjoyable. Everything was delicious but the Stew was the favorite. I cannot wait to stop back again. We saw a few platters pass by that we added to the mental list for next time!“

“I used to eat here fairly regularly for the asada fries, but it's now down to 50/50 if the fries themselves will be edible, or overcooked to a point that they're the same color as the meat and my metal fork can't pierce them. Bummer. I don't know where else you can go for lumpia and a taco though.“

“If you’re craving a taste of Thailand, look no further than this hidden gem! From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with the enticing aroma of authentic Thai spices, transporting you to the bustling streets of Bangkok. The menu boasts a tantalizing array of traditional dishes, each bursting with flavor and made with the freshest ingredients. Whether you’re a fan of fiery curries, fragrant stir-fries, or aromatic soups, there’s something to delight every palate.I had the pleasure of trying several dishes during my visit, and each one was a culinary masterpiece. The Pad Thai was a perfect balance of sweet, sour, and savory, while the Green Curry had just the right amount of heat to leave a lingering warmth. The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy and inviting, with attentive staff who are eager to ensure a memorable dining experience. The attention to detail in both the presentation of the dishes and the decor truly sets this place apart.Overall, I can’t recommend this restaurant enough. “One of the most intimate lounges I’ve ever been to! Such a great vibe with unique dishes that have a southeast Asian flare. They have an amazing cocktail program as well. The staff was friendly and attentive during our time there. There aren’t many places like this in CT, let alone New London! A great spot for a date night or to come see the live music they offer on the weekends.“

“This place is always consistently great! The staff are very kind & polite & the service is fast, efficient, thorough & seamless. The food is DELICIOUS! The interior is simple, informal, clean & straightforward. A bit of a modern feel with Formica tables with plastic booths. Typical daylight lighting. There is simple audible (but not too loud) music overhead. Most of it is easy listening Asian music. They have Thai, Japanese & Chinese menu selections here. All executed extremely well! I have several items that I particularly love: Appetizers: 1) Soup dumplings Entrees: 2) Combination Bo Bun (grilled shrimp, bbq pork) 3) Salt & Pepper Shrimp 4) ANY PHO 5) Mei Fun: All YUMMY!RECOMMENDED!“

“We come here typically for dim sum which is decent. Today, we thought we'd try the "3-course" Peking Duck. Well, it's more like 3-serving-piece Peking Duck. Three courses should be: (1) duck skin with pancakes or buns, (2) duck meat stir-fry, and (3) duck soup made from the carcass. Don't order this and be disappointed like us. This is a 1-course Peking Duck. The skin is not crunchy but it's hard to expect much in rural CT. The duck skin is more like roast duck skin, slightly chewy, little crispy in parts if you're lucky. They explained that the "3 courses" are the buns (in steamer), the cucumbers and scallions, and the carved duck - very funny interpretation of "courses". Shouldn't the hoisin sauce count as a course too?“
