“My husband and I visit Mohegan Sun 4 to 6 times a year and always look forward to Chinese food at the Sunrise Square. We both grew up in NYC so we really miss good Chinese food and this is the only place we truly enjoy. The food is fresh and plentiful. The General Taos chicken is all white meat. The house special fried rice is full of nice sized shrimp and pork with eggs, peas, scallions, etc. So good. Not the over greasy fried brown stuff you sometimes get when take-outs. The shrimp and pork dumplings are large and delicious. The sauce it comes with is really good, it's tangy and sweet. We're always ask for extra spicy and then request the extra chili oil. Never disappointed. With all the Asian clientele, I would imagine that they'd have to be good. Food court is opened until 2am. Don't forget the sit-down restaurant next door, Fantasia.“
“Nice ambiance and music playing in the background welcomes you in. I was able to sit wherever I wanted. There was only 1 person here, besides me. I ordered their cranberry Vanilla Mule. Really tasty and the freaking libation I would recommend to anyone who likes vodka and lime. My drink came in a little can with a lime. Different take on a mule and worth trying. I ordered a Naruto Salmon roll and a Su Sa Tower. Great picks for someone that wants the protein vice fillers. I liked the candles that were lit in the background of the restaurant. Nice soft touch to make the experience even better. Fresh fish on the line and it tasted even better than it looked, which seems hard to achieve but they did it! Tuna Tower was hitting the right spot! Crunchy with the most delicious tuna and the sauce set it off. Great pairing of protein and sauce. Naruto Roll was crunchy and flavorful. Nicely plated as well. I greedily ate both appetizers and was full. Remember my reviews are based on Those that had a Bariatric surgery and can not eat a lot. Took me about 45 minutes to eat all of it and 1 drink. I definitely left happy and full. The waiter offer fried coconut ice cream. Jesus pray for me. I so wanted it but knew I couldn't eat all of it so I didn't get it. Maybe next time . Great spot for those that want a bite while waiting for their train too.“
“Made a pick up order for the first time to bring home to me and my husband. Not only was the food absolutely amazing, but the atmosphere and customer service was very comforting. The sushi was so fresh and was eaten up in about 15 minutes. The man at the front was very kind and sweet. Overal it was a great experience and the standard of the food in taste, quality, and freshness just made it that much better.Absolutely coming back here a again soon. :))“

“I have lived in this area for over 4 years now and no other poki bowls come close to the ones you can get here! The yellowtail is delicious, make sure to get spicy mayo with it. The amount of food you get for the cost really makes it.I’ve never dined in so I can’t really speak to the atmosphere but I’ve been eating these poki bowls for years now. “If you’re ever at the Mohegan Sun Resort & Casino in CT definitely have dinner at TAO Asian Bistro & Lounge. The sushi was phenomenal! The Shishito Peppers and Tuna Tacos. Sushi below is the Spicy King Crab Roll, Crispy Lobster Roll, Beef Tartare Roll, and a Tuna Roll. Great flavor and the tuna just melted in your mouth!“
“The food is always prepared pretty quickly and delicious ? the chicken teriyaki with vegetables and fried rice with extra sauce is so good and more than enough for two meals. I always like to grab the strawberry Mango lemonade as well, usually end up taking it home or to work“
“Danny the owner is so nice, he treats us like royalty when my husband and I come in to eat or get takeout (probably more often than we'd like to admit!). Mahzu hands down has the best sushi in the area!The sushi is always fresh and tasty, with good mouth feel, and they give you big sushi pieces/good portions. The Oyako and Philly rolls are my absolute favorite. My husband loves the soft shell crab roll. The service is always polite and prompt.“
“I've been going to Koto every now and then for years now as my wife enjoys the hibachi "experience" so this review is really only regarding hibachi.If you go during lunch or dinner times the place is generally busy enough that you won't have to wait long before the grill/table fills enough to have them start.the service is sufficient and the wait people have always been nice.While overall I like the place and the food, the fact that I've going to this place for years allows me to recognize that the serving sizes have plummeted.For starters you get a small soup and salad as an appetizer while you wait for the chef. I like the dressing they use whatever it is.The soup is broth with a few mushrooms in it. Tasty enough.For the meal I generally order the scallop and steak combo which costs a little extra. Unfortunately the last time I was here I only got maybe 4-5 scallops in total. Also the steak piece that they give you is really very tiny. Plus that includes the fat that was on my piece.You also get to choose fried rice or/and Chinese noodles. the rice I noticed has less in it. It used to have little pieces of peas, carrots, onions, etc. Not there's very little of any of that. Maybe a few peas but that's about it. Likewise the noodles are just noodles cooked in sauce.That said, it all tasted good. Just hard not to notice the price increase and lesser serving size.As for the hibachi "show". Maybe I'm just because I'm old or maybe its because I've been here a few times but once you've seen it once there's no surprises. Same old act and my chef while proficient, he seemed to be going through the motions. Its probably enjoyable if you haven't seen it before. Plus kids usually love it.When I went there with my wife last week it ended up being about $100 total. That was for 2 hibachis, a soda and one sake including tip“
“Restaurant is well decorated and the tables even have fresh flowers. Service was good and food came out quickly even though we went at an odd time.The crab rangoon were great but be warned they are different from your regular rangoon. If you only like the typical cream cheese, steer clear.“
“I was at the Casino for my daughter's event. We decided to grab sushi for lunch. Sushi Koya was great. We were seated and waited on immediately. Our wattress was both extremely friendly and helpful. The food was great and served quickly. Portion sizes were good. Plating was nice and pricing was average.“
