“I “facilitated “ a college alumni basketball game watch at The Diamond . Colleen, the manager, was was quick to return my initial phone call and was easy to communicate with in the days leading to the event. We had 12-15 in our group. The staff was great in arranging our tables and changing channels so we could see the game. Rachel, our server, was fantastic bringing food and drink promptly and keeping track of our assorted tabs. Good beer selection, food was hot and promptly delivered. We’ll be back! ?“
“Holiday offering of pork tenderloin with grilled pineapple and garlic teriyaki is a hit! Tender, flavorful. Teriyaki very strong. Keep this on the menu with maybe a choice of two or three different teriyaki sauces for those not into garlic. But I am!“
“My boyfriend and I ate here tonight 3/14/24 and our server was Victoria. She was very polite the entire time. However, she forgot about my boyfriend’s beer. She was also talking and flirting with a man right behind where we were seated for most of our dinner. They were flirting the whole time, and the man was touching her in which I consider to be an inappropriate fashion. It was not the kind of sight you need to see at dinner and was gross. It took her a while to realize she forgot the beer because she was talking to this person the entire time rather than waiting on us. I recognize that this is not the fault of the establishment. I just feel as though our dinner experience was uncomfortable and feel the need to voice my concerns. We will be back! We love this place. Service could have been better.“
“After a round of golf, I decided to swing by for some grub, and man, I was in for a treat. The Ale House Burger was a taste explosion in my mouth. They slathered it with this amazing homemade sauce that was out of this world. I'm not kidding; it's hands down one of the best burger sauces I've ever had. And the buffalo wings, oh boy, they were just perfect. They had a nice kick to them without being too fiery, just the way I like it. I couldn't stop munching on those bad boys. The beer selection was downright impressive, with something for everyone's palate. I'm definitely making it a point to drop by next time I'm in the area.“
“Dante and the crew hosted the Wolf Pack Booster Club and the Providence Bruins Fan Club for family dinner yesterday! It was awesome. The food was amazing, the service was awesome and the experience was great. I appreciated that they were able to accomodate a large group before a big game. Awesome Cheeseburger pizza as always!! The garlic knots and the meatballs were also amazing!“
“We had food experience, everything is made in house. The staff is excellent and we got to meet the chef and the owner's son. My wife and I travel quite a lot in America and Europe especially Austria and we have to say this is a hidden Gem. Everything we had was above and beyond. “This pub - and I cannot stress this enough - is easily one of the top restaurants in Hartford. I came here on a Monday night and it's one of the few restaurants that's actually open late on a Monday night.I apologize to everyone for not taking pictures. You deserve them after this visit... And I let you all down!!!I'm here for 1 night... I got in late and had 1 shot at a great meal and some local brews... The bartender didn't disappoint.The locals were all touting the usual... Fish and chips, corned beef and cabbage... And I don't want to insult them... I'm sure they are both great (especially after tasting my dinner). But... I had an order of wings and the steak tip dinner.The wings are EASILY in my top 10 that I've had... And I travel the country for business specifically trying certain dishes (wings specifically) to compare to others. They fall off the bone, aren't smothered in a sauce so heavy that it's unpleasant, and somehow still crispy. They pair extremely well with the bleu cheese that they have. Note to the owner... Don't change your Bleu Cheese.Now... On to the steak tips. These were Ridiculously good. Probably one of the best meals I've ever had. Rivaling some of the big names like Ruth's Chris and Del Monico. Melt-in-your-mouth delicious charring, absolutely incredible demi. Absolutely the best dinner I could have asked for.Jesse was my bartender and he knew just about everything about all of the beers I tried... And the food that I tried.Absolutely one of the best business trip meals and overall experiences on record.Kid-friendliness: Decent kids menu. Not the best I've ever seen... They have a semi private banquet room and a large menu to order from when having parties big or small .Vegetarian options: They have salad fries onion rings giant pretzels and if person eats cheese, nachos mozzarella sticks +.Kid-friendliness: When the kitchen is open, children accompanied by parents are welcomed for great bar fare. There is an additional back room with plenty of tables and an outdoor area with ample seating .Parking: There is a large parking lot.When the place is jamming, there's additional parking on the north side of the building and across the street in a strip mall.Wheelchair accessibility: Large doors at entrance spacious room and handicap bathroomsDietary restrictions: They will try to accommodate everyone's needs if possible.“

“I absolutely love 'the crack'!!! Denise is so fun and wonderful...my jerked chicken Caesar salad is to DIE for!!!! Always have spectacular IPA's on tap!!! Usually get my Counterweight "Headway" mixed with something...Do yourself a favor...get to "The Crack"!!!!“
“Always a good time. The downstairs bar area has undergone renovations and it looks great. The bar is larger. More tables and cozy leather furniture by the fireplace. The Guinness is always fresh and there is a good selection of beers and liquors to choose from. On nights they have a band they have Roadside Dogger in the kitchen.“
