“I order food on uber for delivery because I wasn’t feeling well today and I miss read the Three for meal and thought it came with three things. Long story short I thought a salad was coming with it and it didn’t. I spoke with manager Jackie and she explained it. She was so so kind enough to discount my meal because it was an easy error to misunderstand when reading in uber app details. She really didn’t have to do it but I was super grateful she did because the meal was already kind of pricey for only getting a small soup and little desert and when I say small it was very small. A sliver of a desert size. Overall I’m super pleased with how she handled it and also I had a slight issue a little while back and the other manager who’s a male can’t remember his name. He also handle the situation graciously. I’ve been here many times and it’s always a great atmosphere, the waiters and bartenders are awesome! My food is always delicious as well! So thank you to everyone at 99’s y’all are fantastic!“
