Food isn’t that good. They messed up my order. You’re better off going to a real Mexican restaurant
Great idea...., it doesn't taste right & far too much in the Burrito....The major problem....I feel a lack of HYGIENE.....As soon as I walked in ...I saw the front tables of the pick up area were not clean....I was feeling sorry for that young kid waiting there for his meal....and then I went to the ladies room...It was awful....So dirty...No toilet paper there.....I'm worried & concern...even though the staff & the customers were so nice & friendly.....I won't come back....!!!

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers a mixed experience. The location has plenty of parking right off the highway and is close to convenient stores and other restaurants. However, the facility was poorly maintained and the franchise is dingy and disorganized. Trash bins were overflowing, every table was unclean, and the beverage station was understocked. The quality has been lacking, especially with the burrito wrap which often falls apart. While the food is generally good and the portions generous, customer service can vary. The restaurant has the potential to deliver high-quality food and service but could really use better management. Overall, it remains a favorite location for many, offering quick service and tasty meals.
