“We were out taking a drive one Sunday recently and decided to find a sweet little spot for a sweet treat. A quick yelp search for ice cream have us a few options in the Greenwich area and the second I saw gelato, the search was over. This was the cutest little shop! It has just enough room in front of the counter for a handful of strangers or a family to stand and wait while ordering. Those place reminded me of one of the Gelato places I went to in Rome at Piazza Navona. The service was fast and friendly. When I asked about a flavor, he let me try it. I had Italian cookies gelato and my husband had the most decadent of dark chocolate gelatos. They were delicious! We drove over to Cos Cob Park to enjoy the treats as we walked and took in the beautiful views. It was the perfect end to a Sunday drive.“
“Steph made the most gorgeous cake for my aunts retirement party so I had to go back to her when my sister was turning 25! I gave her just a few specifics on what I wanted for her cake and she made it happen! Everyone loved how it looked and wanted to know where I got it, but they were shocked at how even more incredible it tasted! Will definitely be ordering from her again! “LOVE THIS PANADERÍA!!Took the family here after dinner in town and they immediately fell in love. They all come here now. We are more than happy to travel about an hour to have goodies from here. This is our spot for all celebrations.Their puercitos are my favorite, a good authentic one is difficult to to find but no longer.“
“They literally have the best chocolate chip cookie I've ever eaten. A friend brought them to me and I loved them so much I ordered dozens of them as an end of the night takeaway treat for my son's wedding. They were amazing to deal with, and really did a great job packaging and delivering these fresh chocolate chip cookies all the way to the wedding venue in Brooklyn. Everyone raved about these cookies!! By the way I've eaten the donuts and the cakes from Beascakes and they are also pretty delicious. You know what I'll be eating whenever I'm in Armonk...“
“The cannolis here are INCREDIBLE... 10/10!!! The cookies are pretty good, too, as they are not overly sweet and go perfectly with coffee or tea. However, their mini cakes are not the best, which is why I'm docking a star. I ordered a mini tiramisu which was dry and seemed to have a frosting layer rather than a creamy mascarpone, which was disappointing. Overall, awesome bakery! I would just say to avoid the mini cakes.“
“By The Way Bakery in Greenwich is my favorite for gluten-free, dairy-free, and kosher treats. Tried their new hot chocolate today – rich and comforting. Grabbed some treats for the office, and everything was excellent. Highly recommend for delicious treats and cake!“
