“I drove down to Stamford the other night to go down to workout at lifetime fitness since I have a membership. I from New Jersey so I was delighted to see all of the restaurants and how well the area is kept clean. The parking is easy. The food at the Capital Grill was not bad at all. I had a new england clam chowder and a caesar salad. It wasn't the best thing I've ever had but it was nice to sit at the bar and be the only patron. The service was extremely masterful and I found myself receiving therapy from the bartender.I will absolutely be visiting again the next time I am at the gym!“
