His menu NEVER disappoints the fish sliders were crispy delicious w the salsa criolla, they customized my stuffed tostones with a creamy delectable shrimp salsa, the fried causa was a combination of creamy & crunchy fingerlicking deliciousness. The salchipapa sausage was reminiscent of what my husband ate when back home in Peru and the Lomo steak fries just were perfectly seasoned Lomo crispy fries delicious in every way and the servings were plentiful! “We had the Pieology truck tonight for a preschool party with about 200 people, they were fantastic! They were getting pies out so fast people barely waited in line, if at all. They pizzas were so delicious. I hope we can use them again in the future, they were a big hit. Additionally, they can accommodate any allergy, we had some dairy free guests and gluten free guests and Jacob made sure they had a pie they could eat. It was so wonderful!“
“Walking up to the food truck, the pizza smells amazing. I definitely had nostalgia of the time I lived in Italy. The pizza lived up to the hype! The wait can be 30+ mins but you do have to take into consideration the size of the oven and t They park in a parking lot of harbor island park in mamaroneck. Great place for families because it is right across from a playground. Ample amount of sitting at the park or you can bring your own chairs. I would rate the pizza a 10/10! For the size of the pizza, 10 inches, the prices are a little high tho. I waited about 30 mins for my pizza. Overall i would come back and visit and try some other pizzas.“
“Great smash burger with chipotle mayo and the cutest mini empanadas. No soggy dough here. Nice proper slight crunch texture with a small salad and salsa. Delicious. First taco trunk I've been to with a truly nice and roomy outdoor seating section available. Nice touches like hand sanitizer and wipes at every table and outdoor heaters for cooler weather. The truck is super clean. The eating area is super clean. It's obvious the guys inside the truck put care into their food. Super nice. Great service. Great location too in the parking lot of a well supplied liquor store. I wish these guys good luck.“
