“We stopped as a rest on a long drive. The bathroom was partially out of service, meaning a long wait. It took 10 minutes to get fries even though they were already made, and there were a ton of people behind the counter. It does look like a lot of people put in online orders, but I was surprised at the delays.“
“The workers are friendly but ever since the remodeling less people eating inside since you have less seating space. Also self ordering becomes a wait on the pickup side now.

The new redesign is very poorly done, only 1 register now and I haven't seen how it is during lunch hour but I'm not sure if it's trying to force people to use the app or what but the whole left side is just a wall now.
