“I hadn't been inside a Dunk in Donuts in 8 years. I didn't like the sugar and straws behind the counter. I only had a LG Hazelnut with. Blueberry shot and it cost me $3.53! This store was understaffed and there's a posted seating limit of 35 minutes. Dunk in Donuts isn't what it used to be. That's just sad. At least the Ladies were nice.“
“It was early, so there was only two staff in . 7 am - There was a wait, and as staff came in, all moved along. The two -on time- working were moving to try to carry the early morning line up. Maybe a Wednesday thing. The balding staff person with a hat was making sure everyone got what they needed. The lady at the drive up came to the counter to help as it seemed he was making coffee. I didn’t get a sense that people were bothered by the wait- they just quietly waited. I didn’t grade the food- I come for the coffee. It was fresh and wonderful!“
“This location is by far my favorite location in the area. Today 5-08 they're were slammed busy in the morning, I felt bad for the three employees behind the counter buuuuuuut the two employees in the front which I believe were the manager and assistant manager (young blonde girl with glasses and spanish bearded gentleman) were ON FIRE making every order as it came in (I'm hoping they get paid for the super work they do!!!!), sandwich station was slow today but I understand because she looks "of age" but she was doing her best with the million orders that kept coming in. But 10/10 would always recommend this location!“

“It's 12:30pm on a Sunday and both doors to the lobby are closed I watched about 6 customers drive away. Unbelievable. Lady looked at me and pointed to the drive thru even though I have no car at the moment so I have to stand in line embarrassed . A month ago I contacted customer service about the horrible experience I had which cost me 20 dollars. Worst drinks I ever purchased and was told the store would contact me with 48 hrs if not contact customer service back. So after 72 hours of waiting I contacted customer service and the never responded. I don't like to leave bad reviews especially to places I personally love. There reason was 3 people called out. Well unfortunately that's not my problem since I applied here myself 3 or 4 different occasions but got overlooked which I'll sfc I've never called out from a job so they had opportunity to hire employees that are hard working and dedicated but clearly see the ones who don't appreciate the value of a job. then the ones who would be better choice for the overall company. They need to evaluate whos responsible for hiring clearly over and over make the wrong choice and rather then train and promote them see if they even worthy of a demotion at the least my suggestion would be to terminate their employment seeing as they have cost the company thousands of dollars by paying staff who don't deserve it and the amount of customers they lost today alone speaks for it's self. Below is supposably a blueberry muffin even though it was something with oats and that below is supposed to be a frozen coffee. Sadly toilet water looks more convincing then that.This is an update which previously had a 5 star rating but little by little has pushed me to this directionUpdate.9/15The night shift. “This place is perfect for work from anywhere!! The seating area is empty so perfect for phone calls and working on your computer. Not a lot of background chatter or machine noise…The music is medium to low level. May ask them to turn it down a bit. Very friendly staff.“
“This early morning staff was kind enough to take my orders and rush those of my wife's who I had dropped off for a rideshare to Hartford Hospital that had arrived shortly after I placed both orders. This flexibility, patience and on the moment thinking prevented both my wife and her coworker from being further delayed than they already were in this bad snow storm.“
