We always get ours to-go, but the restaurant has a decent amount of inside tables to eat that are clean. Nice cool air conditioning for a hot day. They also have tables outside. Our go-to spot for poke in Hamden.“

“We’ve visited Sushi Palace twice now, and each time has been great! It’s actually the first place we ever tried all you can eat sushi, and we still think their quality is some of the best. They don’t overload the rice on the rolls, and the fish is always fresh. Prices are very reasonable, and there’s something for everyone on the menu. “OMG! An authentic Japanese sushi restaurant with a fantastic atmosphere and delicious choices. Extensive sake menu. Prices are reasonable considering you're paying for high quality sushi. I've eaten high quality sushi in Japan and this restaurant is on par if not better. I recommend getting reservations because of limited seating and high demand. Give it a try you won't regret it!“

“First time here at a friend's recommendation. I've been looking for a Japanese restaurant and enjoyed the food a lot. We got beef and salmon teriyaki lunch specials. I got salad, friend had miso soup. Appetizers were salmon avocado Maki roll and Katsu. The Maki roll was creamy fresh. Katsu was very crispy outside, flaky inside. Both teriyaki dishes were delicious. I'll be back.“

“Anaya sushi is the old York Street Noodle House!!!! The sushi was just ok but the Spicy wok basil noodles were exactly as I remember them! The service was ok, no problems, one roll took a long time to come and once we got our food we did not see a server for a while. Would go back for noodles!“

Only big recommendation for the establishment is to include more sauce in each order.. as a lover of seafood boils and a friend of many other boil lovers.. we know this is often the most expensive part of the endeavor but we LIVE for that juicy sauce!! ..

It was so comforting and wonderful. It felt like home to me. Such a wonderful soup. It does come with big portions so you may have to take it home.
