The Strong Kitchen has been a lifesaver for me as a resource. The prepared meals help to give me time back in my schedule and meet my nutrition goals. I’ve tried other meal services before and felt that I was sacrificing flavor for healthy meals. That is NOT the case with TSK. I’ve never had a disappointing meal.
I’ve been ordering from Strong Kitchen for about 2 yrs and love it! Quality, taste, and menu are to the highest standards. Best feature is they focus on protein…. And of course, portion control and convenience.
