Rooster's Chicken & Waffles- Hartford (HALAL) offers excellent food and outstanding customer service. The food is fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The chicken is very fresh, crispy, and tasteful, with chicken tenders that are HUGE and juicy. The waffle is a great balance to the savory, and the waffles fries have great crisp and seasoning. There is a nice variety of sauces to choose from, including garlic honey sauce which is yummy. The banana pudding is the best - smooth, not too sweet with wafers and sliced bananas. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, polite, attentive, and helpful. The young lady at the front is very nice and able to answer all questions about the different sauces. The owner and staff are very friendly. Top-notch customer service makes the whole experience feel welcoming and positive. Don’t wait, go get some chicken and waffles.
