You can’t really go wrong no matter what you choose but my favorite is the egg white skillet. It arrives at the table piping hot and stays that way for quite a while. Love it that way! “The food here is so fresh way better than Dad's Diner. Every meal is freshly prepared and not just taken out of the fridge warm-up to serve a paying customer. They are a way better choice for freshly made food than the diner that gives you 5-10 business days old food. Lovely young people working at the register and even though the chef low-key reminds me of Bill from the True Blood TV series, he still seems nice. If they were serving alcohol that would be the icing on the cake. But for now, when I come to Copake for the summer, they'll always get my money for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
