The atmosphere was exceptional and OMG the food was amazing!!!! Wish there was one closer to home!! 🥰
The service was insanely slow, I will never be back. The waitress was very nice but kept saying they were “very busy” and the place was half empty. We paid over $300 for 5 of us (3 being kids) and were there almost 2 hours (we only had entrees and 2 of the kids had hot chocolate). I ate there for the first time yesterday! Was amazing! Enjoyed the Mozzarella Stick, Margherita Flat Bread, and the Pink Unicorn Hot Chocolate! Everyone did a wonderful job! Definitely will come back again! Thank you all so much for your lovely service, it made my day yesterday! ❤️❤️❤️🩷🩷🩷

Based on the reviews, Sugar Factory Foxwoods is a fun and festive restaurant with an awesome atmosphere and great vibes. The decorations are really impressive, and they go all out for every single holiday, making it very Instagram-worthy. Guests have enjoyed the popular Goblet drink and the appetizer sampler, along with the tomato bisque with bread, pasta, and birthday desserts. The chicken parmigiana is huge and the desserts are incredible. The Christmas Sliders, Rainbow Sliders, and Princess Pink Sliders taste good and are fun to order. The rib eye steak tasted great, and the steak tips tasted good with the mushrooms and onions. The rolls with the cinnamon cream and side Caesar salad were great. Service from staff has been described as excellent, attentive, and friendly, with servers like Rhea, Carlos, and Alex providing a wonderful experience. While one visit had burnt buns on the Princess Pink Sliders, the overall food is good. It is a great spot to visit for a fun and festive meal at Foxwoods.
