I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received at your Wahlburgers location in Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) on [morning time].
After placing an order using the self-service kiosk outside the restaurant, my companion and I sat down at a table to wait. We went to the Oroville location inside Gold Country Casino. We arrived at 7 PM and at 7:48. We walked out without food because it wasn’t done yet. We barely got any drinks. The customer service was absolutely horrible and the lady was rude that was behind the bar. I would not recommend anybody to go to this establishment.
food was excellent and tater tots a highlight, when are you coming back to the UK? we missed you in London!
