“Fantastic spot to get breakfast.“
“The negative reviews I have read are simply ridiculous. Poor planning on their part..
I am leaving this 5 star review in an effort to drive the ratings up because 'karen' or 'brad' are pretentious on their 2/3 stars they left
The bagels are absolutely delicious.“

“have been to Brinx twice. Both times I had the everything bagel with cheese, egg and bacon. The bagel is slightly toasted and is both soft and tasty. They give plenty of cheese and plenty of bacon for the very reasonable price of $7.00, which is unmatched anywhere. The young man who serves is friendly and pleasant. The place looks a bit dusty but the tables are clean and the coffee is very good. I highly recommend this place.“

“They make the greatest croissants, English muffin bread and bacon egg and cheeses. She makes the croissants and English muffin bread from scratch, and uses the thickest bacon around on her sandwiches. Everyday there’s something new in the baked goods case, and I never regret getting it (cough cough carrot cake cheese cake coffee cake) 🤤. Love hearts is truly a hidden gem“

“I have never had such AMAZING Beignets outside of NOLA along with the hash browned potatoes and onions. omfg so delicious I am dreaming of them 2 days later“
“Overall it was great! Checking in despite not having a clear reservation was easy the service was excellent! The lady and man up there were so kind. The cats were not to social and would either show a ton of affection or some would ignore you but to be fair it was when they first opened and they are cats. Of course they wont be social lol. The drink i got was the coffee it was (in my opinion) not the best! The cakepop was okay.. I still ate it! ^_^ I got barely scratched but to be fair IT WAS MY FAULT!!! Lilly and a big cat were not having it with eachother and i tried to distract the big cat and he pawed at me. OVERALL: I would definitely recommend this place more early with kids. Cause if you do it later the cats may not be having it with them 😮😮 The cats were adorable and sweetie pies awheee“

“BEST BREAKFAST SANDWICH I'VE EVER HAD. I love how many options they give you with each ingredient. The steak and egg with southwest sauce on an everything bagel was incredible. Sauce has a good kick, I'd say around jalapeno level of heat FYI. Ignore the review below. Yeah it takes a little longer than Dunkin cuz the food is freshly made to order, duhh.“

“coffee is great - however I worked here for a time and would get yelled at for not answering the phone fast enough, yet I spent half an hour trying to call and place my order this morning and my calls went unanswered and when my boyfriend went in the store to place and pick up an order - the phones were being answered no issues. 🙃“

“I work on some weekends and one night during the week. The staff on the Winsted Rd., Torrington are by far the best. They are always friendly, and I’m more impressed as they know how I like my coffee. I go out of my way, to this Dunkin’ specifically, because They give me the best service and warm greeting from all the young staff that works there! Thank You all! Kathy Casey“

“I tried the Oreo Matcha beverage this morning and it could definitely use more flavor. Instead of 2 shots of vanilla, 2 matcha, whole milk, marshmallow cold foam and Oreo cookie crumbles. Overall, it was super watered down and did not really taste the Oreo. Next time I will add extra vanilla, matcha powder, and cookie crumbles.“

“Gave it four because they always make my order right. The only person who ruins my experience is the old lady in the drive thru taking orders. EVERYTIME shes in the drive thru taking orders she be the rudest person and constantly tly has a smart mouth. She gets mad if you tell her to give you a minute.“
