Okay my now husband and I hated the idea of pre-decided menu-- mandatory pasta stations with bland sauces, a smattering of cheese no one will eat etc. LOTS of caterers work this way. Chris worked with us to decide a menu that felt like US for our special day.

We hired Chris and Culinary Concerts for our wedding and could not have picked a better caterer if we had tried! Everything from the salads and appetizers to the entrees and the cake blew us away and helped complete a wonderful day. I can’t count the number of guests who raved about the food, including myself, repeatedly. Thank you Chris for everything you did in the process of menu selection and cooking on the day of, your judgment was always perfect and your food spectacular!
I hired Culinary Concerts for my wedding and it was an absolute blessing! Chris was very easy to work with and they worked very hard to make my wife and I's vision for our menu!
