Jersey Mike's Subs Reviews
I tried Jersey Mike’s for the first time today, mainly after speaking with Griffin, the manager, who was very courteous and professional on the phone. I had a coupon that was just one day expired, and he kindly agreed to honor it so I could give them a try.
When I arrived, the food was fresh and overall enjoyable. Griffin really stood out with excellent customer service and a welcoming attitude—definitely top-notch. A few of the other staff members could use...read full review

My dog and I are happy customers. The plain mini roast beef sandwich was a hit!! Will be back soon ✌🏼😌
Stopped here before a movie. Staff was polite but service was very slow. We were the only two customers and our server stopped working on the order frequently to join in conversations with her coworkers. No problem with people being in a good mood or enjoying their work but you should be able to make a sandwich and talk at the same time.

Jersey Mike's Subs is a new restaurant in Madison. The food is great and fresh, served fast when needed. Specific meals like the chicken Philly sandwich and the No. 7, turkey with provolone, are recommended, along with the Stubborn black cherry tarragon soda. The quality of the meat and cheese is excellent.
However, experiences with staff and service vary. Some staff are polite, amazing, courteous, professional, and welcoming, with managers receiving high praise for customer service. Other staff are disorganized, leading to slow service where orders take double the suggested time, and sometimes customers receive the wrong items. The dining in experience is described as one of the worst in the fast food industry, noted as loud and almost always cold. Some customers choose to take their orders home.
There are concerns about portion sizes, with comments that items like cheese are sliced very thin. The restaurant is welcomed to the area, with hopes that staff training will improve over time.
