“I tried Jersey Mike’s for the first time today, mainly after speaking with Griffin, the manager, who was very courteous and professional on the phone. I had a coupon that was just one day expired, and he kindly agreed to honor it so I could give them a try.

When I arrived, the food was fresh and overall enjoyable. Griffin really stood out with excellent customer service and a welcoming attitude—definitely top-notch. A few of the other staff members could use more training on preparation to keep sandwiches neater, but that will likely improve with time and experience.“

“this is my favourite Subway. the food is as usual; it's a franchised chain, what do you want? but the owner and his family are so warm, kind, helpful, and patient! they really listen to your order, and ask if you're happy with the quantity of each item...it takes a second longer, but it's SO nice that they're thoughtful (and i DO always want more onions, haha!). very kind people, and i hope their business succeeds.“
