“I went through the drive-thru and found that this store is run like a well oiled machine! The staff were friendly and personable and they had my correct order ready super quick. As a coffee drinker I have been through many drive-thrus and this DD store has them all beat with polite friendly staff speed and efficiency .“

“I visit this shop twice a week. The staff always messes us my order. Decaf, light, 5 Splenda, with caramel. Yet every time it gets messed up somehow. Today I ordered a toasted multigrain bagel with cream cheese. What I received was a multigrain bagel with butter, which had melted and proceeded to run down the front of my new shirt, leaving four nice big grease stains. When I went in to get this corrected I was met by a manager who reminded me everybody makes mistakes. Upon ordering, a print out is generated to help the employees with the orders. I would imagine these are used in creating the orders. My order for today was $11.89. I gave the young man a ten and two singles. He told me I didn’t give him enough money. I told him to please count it. He looked at me like I was from another planet. I think I should have been treated a bit better in this shop. Gee, I am sorry, we will fix this for you. Your brand is represented here, and I love your coffee, but you need to spend, perhaps, a little more time in customer service and how to treat customers. I can always get my coffee somewhere else.“

“Stopped in this morning and ordered 2 dozen donuts, 2 bagels and 2 iced coffees. Prices are very reasonable, especially when compared to chain stores and for what you get. Their bagels and donuts are huge, fresh and very tasty. Staff is super friendly and provide superior customer service. Will absolutely come here again.“
