My sister and I went through the drive through approximately two o'clock on Friday, August
25. It wasn't busy but we still had to wait for someone to take our order. When employee started taking order, she sounded frustrated.

Friendly staff, quick service and coffee made perfectly!!
I visit this shop twice a week. The staff always messes us my order. Decaf, light, 5 Splenda, with caramel. Yet every time it gets messed up somehow. Today I ordered a toasted multigrain bagel with cream cheese. What I received was a multigrain bagel with butter, which had melted and proceeded to run down the front of my new shirt, leaving four nice big grease stains.
