“My experience with Emily’s catering was wonderful from start to finish. The tasting was wonderful and they were very collaborative, they adjusted their typical summer menu to include short rib at our request. Additionally they were courteous to our large number of sober guests and served sparkling cider for the toast, they thoughtfully left us a bottle to take home with our cake! All of our wedding guests raved about the food after and were very impressed with the quality. At many weddings guests wait around hungry for dinner after cocktail hour but Emily’s Catering’s expert serving timing eliminated that issue. Overall the team was communicative, accommodating, and delivered an excellent product. I would 100% recommend them for any event!“

“Bourassa went above and beyond our expectations throughout the entire wedding planning process and wedding day. The communication and planning was thorough and organized and made sure nothing went unaccounted for. The tasting was incredible with some many amazing options to choose from, it was honestly hard to pick because everything was so amazing. Leading up to the wedding the team made sure every detail was covered, making sure all guests had safe options despite multiple allergies and sensitivities. It put our mind at ease knowing all of our guests could easily find something safe and delicious to eat. The food and service on our wedding day was beyond our expectations. The staff were attentive to guest needs, the food and drinks were incredible, and everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. Most couple often say they barley have time to eat on their wedding day, and this couldn't be further from the truth for us. The staff made sure we had drinks and food whenever we needed and I'm so glad that was the case because all of the food was outstanding. I have had multiple guests rave about how good the food was. I have many engaged friends now inquiring about who we had for catering because they do not want to miss out on hiring Bourassa. I simply cannot recommend Bourassa enough and look forward to hiring them for all of my future events, you cannot go wrong picking them to be apart of your wedding or special event!!“

“Owning a business, I’ve looked into many meal kit companies for easier & quicker meals due to how busy I get. Box Bistro is by far the best I’ve had! All of the meals fill me up more and taste so much better than the other options out there. Not to mention they’re low calorie & high in protein. I just had the turkey BLT on homemade foccacia, and just raced here to write this review. This is one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. They have something special there and I’ll be a frequent consumer!“

“I had my wedding at Cascade on 7.3.2025 and it was nothing short of PERFECT! The staff was so helpful and accommodating, the food was delicious, and the drinks the bartender were serving up were so good. Overall, the vibes were immaculate and far exceeded expectations. “Just attended a wedding at this venue. There were 3 weddings on the grounds. Driving in was a little confusing as the 1st weddings was doing photos in the driveway once you turn in. It was difficult to drive around them, and we didn't know there were 3 weddings, so it was confusing. Once figured out our wedding was in the back, we moved forward and only then saw valets directing traffic -which was later than was actually helpful.
Once we got onto the grounds, it's beautiful. And yes you do see other weddings, but you are not on top of each other and each wedding had separate space.

The venue is lovely -there's a windmill on a small lake, there's a massive fireplace. It's stunning.

Food was delicious -the appetizers were incredible. Service was fantastic -what a wonderful staff!

“We were having a graduation party for my daughter and we weren't sure what to do for food. My wife found Pete online. We hoped it would be good. based on his reviews He showed up an hour before the guests to setup, and got to work. He gave us a sample and I knew immediately we made the right choice.
He setup and served our guests, and happily chatted with several of them. We ordered a pig, mac & cheese, beans, salad, and cornbread. Everyone loved the food. We brought 50 to go containers, and could have used more. The only thing we ran out of was cornbread; everyone had several pieces. Even after everyone brought food home, we went home with plenty of leftovers for ourselves.
My guests commented on how great the food was, and what a nice guy Pete was. I would DEFINITELY use him again for another event. I ate pork leftovers for a week and never got tired of them. I can't say enough about good things about him!“

“My husband and I had our wedding catered by David Alan Hospitality in December of 2023. The food was absolutely amazing! This is a team of wonderful chefs and hospitality professionals. We had so much fun at both our tastings and would've been so happy with anything off of their fantastic menu. Our guests could not stop telling us how wonderful the food was all night! We had a buffet setup which was perfect for our 60 guests and two signature cocktails which we both agreed were the best version of those drinks we'd ever had! One of the best parts about working with this group though is the staff. Jenaya was excellent. She was so easy to work with and helped us create the best menu for our wedding day. She and the other hospitality staff really made our night. We could see throughout the night what an excellent job they did of taking care of our friends and family. There was also one staff member who was dedicated to us throughout the evening. We're sorry to say we don't remember her name, but we never wanted anything throughout the whole event. We had drinks in our hands right after our ceremony, plates filled with all of our cocktail hour snacks in our dressing room, and dinner on our plates filled with all the selections from our buffet before anyone else. It felt like the perfect amount of attentiveness without being overbearing. Truly a perfect experience.“

“Michael's Catering was who we used for our wedding on 9/30/23. It was absolutely delicious! There was plenty of food and so much left over! It was well worth the price especially for such delicious food. We chose the silver buffet menu. They were all so great and so prepared that when we had a huge hiccup in our wedding ceremony time, that they jumped to it and got hors' doeuvres out for the guests instead of making them wait. Highly recommend!!!“

“The Connecticut Wedding Group helped ensure we had the wedding of our dreams. From the first call, to receiving detailed tours of their venues, to the constant availability for texts and calls to answer questions throughout the process, they supported us from day one. Planning a wedding from across the country is no easy feat and having the connections that CWG provided with preferred vendors and local knowledge was essential. They took our simple decorations and made the space look better than we could have imagined. On the wedding day, Sean and Eddie were by our side before we even realized we had a question, and our drinks and plates were never empty. They facilitated the transition of events seamlessly, with multiple backup plans if the weather changed, and constant check-ins to make sure everything was as we wanted. Sean even stepped in to help bustle my dress when we couldn’t find a few of the buttons. At the end of the night everything was packed up before we were even done saying goodbye to guests, and our family was so grateful for the help.
