“On our way back from a roadtrip to Boston stopped at a charging station and happened upon this Wayback burger. My wife ordered through DoorDash because it was pouring rain. Went in not too long after and our order was almost complete. There was only two workers but they were a good team. Ordered a few drinks to go while we were waiting for our order and they were right on it. They were very busy, but took their time to smile and wish me a good night. Food was good and fresh. Can’t say, I will return because Of the randomness of stopping for a charge. Would definitely recommend to anyone local as a sure go to.“
“Wow NICEST owner and staff around, not to mention everything we ordered was fresh, made to order and delicious! My sister-in-law and I had the Classic Burgers; both were cooked exactly how we ordered them (hers was medium rare, mine medium well). It was a big burger too. My brother ordered a Pulled Pork sandwich with coleslaw in it. He loved it and when my sister-in-law tried it she said it was even better than the hamburgers. So I guess that is the sandwich to get? The menu had a lot of variety to it. We sat outside because we were traveling with my fur niece. The grill cook was extremely friendly and a dog lover. He offered Lacy a piece of grilled chicken. After ordering inside they brought our food out to us and came back with a slice of Turkey for the pups... definitely a dog friendly and loving establishment. They checked on us 2-3 times and each time we enjoyed a friendly conversation with them. They surprised us their last visit with 3 freshly made mini cannoli, which were out of this world. What a nice discovery! We were on our way back from an appointment, but if it were closer I would *definitely* make it a regular spot to dine. Highly recommend.“
“Picked up lunch today and brought it home. Excellent food! The goobkwr was outstanding and hubby loves the jalapeno popper dog. Also got Mac & cheese and the baked beans which I highly recommend and of course the salty balls. Had to also get the T-shirt too. Best food in the area. Makes me miss summer cookouts and was a nice break for all the holiday craziness and foods.“
“Had the privilege of eating here today. As a person who doesn’t eat out often, and loves to cook I was very impressed by this place! We went for lunch and I had the double burger with grilled veggies and my mom had the lamb gyro. They catered to my dietary needs and were very friendly. My mom said it was the best gyro she has ever had, and my burgers were so delish and cooked perfectly. I can’t wait to try their oxtail cabbage soup. I can’t recommend this place enough and hope to come back when I’m in the area.“
“My husband & I stopped here for a Sunday breakfast. It was our first visit. The restaurant is small but clean & bright. The staff were welcoming & polite. I have to say it was nice to get a breakfast menu that wasn't 8 pages long but yet offered everything from traditional breakfast foods to ones with a little twist. I had a simple breakfast of eggs, home fries, bacon & toast. My husband went with Jose Old Fashioned Corned Beef. Everything was cooked perfectly, served hot & was delicious!! Their lunch menu looks good & they serve ice cream too. We'll definitely be going back.“
“Kens grill is a solid place to get breakfast/lunch for work. Love their burgers!Parking: Lot of spots. Park in the bridge community church and look for the truck with the food grill.Wheelchair accessibility: I'm not in a wheelchair so this is just speculating. Might be tough to get the food from the window of the food truck, but if ken/someone helps you it shouldn't be a problem. It's outdoor in a parking lot with lots of open space, you'll have an easy time navigating around.“
“Love this place and I recommend to anyone I can, so far I've had a few different of their hotdogs, the cheeseburgers and the fries and fried pickles and have not been disappointed by any of it any of the various times I went. Depending on how busy it is you might have to wait a bit but it's so worth it to have some delicious fresh food and for an amazing price. Plus I just love the atmosphere and service, their always having good times and laughs and I love it. They have this taco dog right now that might sound kinda weird but honestly it was phenomenal ♡♡“
“My family has been going since it opened almost one hundred years ago. Wow. I've been going since 1967. I live in NH now, and i have to drive 3 hrs each way ( uphill lol) to get the sauce. Worth it. It brings me back to my childhood when I take a bite. comfort food at its best. Nothing like the snap of a Rolsols dog with the perfectly spiced meat sauce. Thanks for the years of memories.“
“I stumbled upon 2 Guys 1 Grill by chance and boy, was I in for a treat! The onion rings were a symphony of textures and flavors - crispy, greasy, sweet, and tangy all at once. They were like a carnival in my mouth, exploding with sensations that made my taste buds sing. And the burgers? Oh, the burgers were a masterpiece of meat and madness. They were towering monuments of beef, cheese, and condiments, packed with so much gusto and bravado that I felt like I was eating a challenge, a dare, a rite of passage. The atmosphere was a mix of rustic charm and gritty authenticity, with hints of nostalgia and modernity colliding in a kaleidoscope of colors and sounds. The staff was a crew of cool cats, hipsters, and locals, all of whom seemed to share a secret language of culinary prowess and streetwise humor. If you're looking for a lunch spot that will awaken your senses and stir your soul, then 2 Guys 1 Grill is your destination. But be warned, my friends, for this joint is not for the faint of heart or the weak of stomach. It's a place where legends are made and myths are born. A place where you can taste the essence of life itself, distilled and grilled to perfection.“
“Great hidden gem right on the chamberlain highway! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve driven right by but didn’t know it was there. We got the Zack Burger, the good morning sunshine, a large fry, and the Reece’s peanut butter shake, everything was delicious!“
“A Connecticut fast-food classic. Fantastic hot dogs, which is something surprisingly difficulty to find at a restaurant. Large menu including a variety of dogs, burgers, sausage burgers, and various other grilled items. Clean dinning room and quick service. I went at 1:00PM and there was no line.“
“Definitely had to try this (what appears to be) Cheshire institution. Our order did take a while to prepare but not an outrageous amount of time. To me, that's a good thing as you know it was being prepared to order. Food was good and nicely prepared. My wife had the "butch burger" and it did live up to the praise - very tasty and done as requested. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich which was done nicely with a tasty but not-too-hot buffalo sauce, lettuce, tomato and bleu cheese. Crinkle cut fries done nicely topped off our meal. Service was very friendly. Didn't get a chance to try the ice cream menu, but it did look yummy. I did like the fact that unlike many "roadside stands" I've found throughout CT (many of which don't have indoor seating areas), Rose Dairy had an outdoor seating area in a permanent open air covered structure. No "table umbrellas" to have to deal with. Good way to keep out of the sun on those hot summer days - and the ceiling fan in the outdoor area was a nice touch as well. I'd definitely give it a try if you're in the area (in-season, of course).“
“Not a lot of atmosphere here, but a solid place to stop for a burger or hot dog and fries. (As well as other fried menu items.) A little disappointed not to be able to get a milkshake on an unseasonably warm March day, but staff was quick to refund the cost and comped us our sodas. Burgers were tasty with fresh toppings and the curly fries were hot & crispy. Would recommend and go again. (Shakes were available again before we left, but as we'd already finished our meals, we passed. Nice to offer though.)“
“Talk about a fantastic hot dog. This 1950s style diner is famous for their 10 inch hot dogs for good reason. The hot dog itself has tons of flavor and can be served with numerous toppings. I recommend adding cheese which they melt between the bun and the hot dog so it's almost like it's wrapped in grilled cheese! The parking lot has picnic tables for the summer time and the staff is friendly. It is cash only but there is an atm inside!“
“I have been to this store several times. I like this call Impossible burger the most. Like meat, but it's not meat. I always order this. Every time I feel great. The lady Jenny is very friendly. That's why I've been coming to this store all the time.“
“Food was very good, service was excellent, local bar with good beer selection. Went there to watch Hockey Game. They put the channel on, on 2 tvs, turned the volume up and then turned the volume down on the house music. I'll go again.“
