The chicken is great, the "large" sides are really medium, the biscuits are tasty but the prices are freaking nuts.A couple years ago we'd hit Popeyes for a meal 3-5 times a month, now, once a year, seriously. $15 for five chicken strips, bucket chicken at about $3-4 a pieces depending on how large but jammed with itty bitty wings, rip-off.Maybe we'll see you in another year, probably not.
Chicken was cold and were out of the dipping sauces I wanted. Had to reiterate my order several times to get it correct. First time at this location, have always had good luck at the Southington truck stop location, will go back that location going forward.

I haven't had any bad experience here despite the negative reviews. I have been both inside and through drive-thru and always gotten good service. The food is decent and the staff are nice.
