“Just moved to Wallingford and wanted to find a local bar nearby. Didn't realize Wallingford bars close at 11 on Sundays so someone told us about this place! My bf and I loved it!! Bartender Jordan was super nice, very attentive and fun!! Drink prices were great too! I was extra excited that it was karaoke night!!! Exactly what I was looking for!! Guess I found my new regular spot to hangout Sunday nights!!“

“It’s a cheap local dive lives up to what you would need from a watering hole. Inexpensive drinks, not pretentious, mainly plastic cups, good people. First time, walked in and had a small chat with a patron before the night was done. Plus, unlike some other aptly named Irish pubs, they do have Guinness *cough obrians*. Decent draft list too for a small local. Didn’t play, but seems like a good setup for darts too. I might not take a date or the wife for low key dinner and drinks, but after work or a friend for a cheap blow off steam evening? Absolutely.“

“My stepmom and bridal party surprised me with my bachelorette this weekend and this was where we came. I had never been here before and honestly it’s exactly my kind of place. Owner was present and kind, food came in a timely manner, between cornhole, pool tables, and arcade games there’s plenty to do. Live band was great. As a convenient halfway point for my two friends and me, we have the option to choose any bar within a 25-mile radius, yet we always gravitate towards your Middletown location. This is not only due to your excellent wings and beer selection but also because of the consistently outstanding service we receive. In particular, we always request Rachel as our waitress. In our opinion, she is the best server there. Her positive attitude is infectious, she always makes us feel incredibly welcome, and she is exceptionally attentive to our needs. Her dedication to providing such excellent service is very important to us and truly embodies the qualities one looks for in a server, reflecting very positively on Sliders.
