“This is such a great restaurant. Love the atmosphere here and the beauty of the place itself. The food is great. The happy hour food menu however is minimal and seriously lacking options. Also, the service at the bar is often very slow unfortunately.“

“My boyfriend and I stopped here on my birthday. The food was DELICIOUS!!! The ribs were juicy and tender, the chicken was as well. The yams and potato salad were everything!! I didn't get to try the soda but I will next time. The owner was kind and nice and everyone should visit his establishment.“

“Can’t say enough good things about the food truck. We used it for our daughter’s 1 year birthday party. Guests loved it! A bit pricey - but you get what you pay for. They provide very large portions! The service was phenomenal - very personable. As the hosts - we really didn’t have to lift a finger. We just enjoyed the party!“

“I don’t even know where to begin but I’ll try. It was by chance they had available to cater my party, and let me tell you, there wasn’t one guest that wasn’t raving about any of the dishes. We had the three meat choice, the Mac and cheese, and the cornbread. The ribs- we’re literally falling off the bone. The sauce was amazing (you can tell the pride they have when they’re explaining how they make it…) The pulled pork- if you’re vegan, don’t try this. You’ll start eating meat again. The wings- I dont know if he marinated them with tears of milkmaids, but I started crying with the thought that I’ll eventually be too full to have anymore. Mac and cheese- you know it’s good when even the kids demolish it. Corn bread- who the heck makes cornbread so good, that the morning after the party, you can eat it with some coffee and it still be the perfect taste and texture?! This place is worth every penny and then some. I don’t leave reviews, but the food was sooooooo good, not only am I typing this, I’m doing it before lunchtime, the day after our event, with 70+ people and gallons of whiskey consumed.“
