“I visit this location weekly. I have not had a bad experience at this location so far. The staff is always friendly and let you personalize your order to your liking. The dine-in area is clean. You do not need to worry about greasy/sticky chairs and tables. I recommend coming in during opening time (11:00am). This is when the chicken is guaranteed fresh out of the fryer and tastes the way it is meant to.“

“Love love staff is great food is bussin like my kids say lol which is great my go to spot when looking for good wings.
Parking: There's parking but just a few in front of restaurant but there is some right on street which is just a couple of more steps from restaurants that's it.. u will find parking
Kid-friendliness: Food kids love chicken wings some good old sauce no problem getting my kids to eat here there favorite chicken place“

“This is the best chicken spot you will ever find. From the excellent service courtesy of Nivea with her upbeat polite and cheerful charismatic attitude to there delicious crispy flavorful chicken. They truly are the spot to beat with an all around stupendous 5 Star+ if you ask me. “I stopped by here Sunday and I got the 3 piece chicken with mashed potatoes.The prices are pretty average, although I find the price of fried chicken to be a little bit pricey in general.The chicken tasted pretty good. I have had better, but then again, I have had worse.The staff was cordial.I will go back in the future and perhaps be a little more adventurous in ordering the sides next time.“

“First off, the chicken is amazing. I got the three-piece tenders with a fantastic biscuit and a Mexican Coke for $11 and change! It's located in the Durham Mini Mart/Exxon, so you won't really see good signage until you're in the gas station parking lot. I'll definitely be back - best deal around and the chicken was amazing.“

“Many KFCs in the CT area are hit or miss. Although, this Meriden location is always kept clean and the staff stays friendly. Hopefully this stays the way it is, we all know customer service and cleanliness are on the decline across the board in the fast food restaurant genre. Good job at this location for the high standards!
Kid-friendliness: Treated my 3 year old daughter with loads of love and compliments. Also, great job KFC for adding the kids meal to the menu!“
