“They make the pizza so fast I can hardly get there before it's ready to pickup. Had a delivery that was flawless too, but I'd recommend takeout. Plus, most of the time there is some sort of discount that I am not aware of until after I order or pick up the food. That's a pleasant surprise for sure. Domino's sometimes hits the spot when you're in the right mood for it. If my metabolism wasn't so slow, ahem, I'd easily order pizza's from here three times a week without hesitation.“
“One of the better Popeyes locally. I live 3mins from a different store, and choose to drive the extra 20min to patronize this location. The manager Loki has exceptional customer service. Dena, is another excellent employee that works there. I go there once a week for the service, price, and quality of food.“
“We've stopped in on a few occasions to pick up wings at this location. Sometimes, our order is spot on. And other times, they've missed a thing or two. Overall, it's pretty good here. There at lemon pepper wings are pretty good.I'd recommend this location.“
“I had heard really good things about Phillys, and while we were in New Haven craving a cheesesteak, we figured we should check them out. The food is a 10/10 - definitely a delicious and legit cheesesteak, and they even get their bread from Amoroso's making it as authentic as they can. Not many people in our area are doing that! One of the staff members even packed us an extra to-go order of eggrolls because she accidentally made an extra with ours, which we thought was really nice of her. The reason why I'm only giving 4 stars is because of how uncomfortable we felt with the music that was playing when we went in. I'm not a prude, but the rap music that was playing in here wasn't even what you hear on the radio - this was another level of explicit with actual gun shot sound effects in the background and swears every other word at top volume. It was really unnecessary. Normal hip hop music or rap would've fit the vibe just fine. I can't even imagine if I had brought a child in here, and it smelled strongly of weed when we walked in too. We would come back because the food was so good, but we would do take out rather than dine in next time.“
“I'm from New Orleans and wanted some good ole southern fried chicken while in New Haven for some medical procedures at Yale....Sandra's was near my hotel and couldn't wait to try it. Unfortunately, they no longer have dine in seating.....bummer, as I detest take out, especially to a hotel. I pondered other options in the area and whether they were closed on a thursday night at 7:30 pm or didn't look as good, I relented. The fried chicken was very good, even if not pipping hot as it should be eaten right outta the frier. Candied Yams and macaroni and cheese also quite tasty, the fried okra and french fried a bit greasy, soggy and cooled by the time I got back to the hotel. Busy place, you place your order and then wait for 10 minutes or so for the meal to be made and they text you when it's ready, pay and you are one your way. Its kinda sad that so many places are still stuck in the COVID mentality and its all about take out....whatever happened to sitting down in a restaurant and being served nice southern food in pleasant surroundings? Really good food tho, even it it is take out.....“
“Great place, great food, staff very nice. Only reason didn't give 5 stars all around was atmosphere-more of a sports bar atmosphere not really my thing and not from the area so felt kinda like a newbie. Service was a bit slow but it was pretty busy. Fries were cold when I got them but they made a whole new huge batch and they were absolutely delicious! Best drink and food prices anywhere I've found! We will definitely be back!“
“Great place if you're looking for flavorful food! Chicken tenders are always flavorful and delicious. I tried the fried fish for the first time and it was totally worth it. The menu could look a little pricey but totally worth it if you're looking for fresh flavorful food.“
“This was our first time ordering from Gregory's. We had the food delivered. We ordered a large bacon and onion pizza, which was pretty decent. The sauce was a bit on the bland side and the bacon wasn't salty. Their Cobb salad with chicken was outstanding. The best I have ever had. It didn't need any dressing. The chicken breast was cooked to perfection, and seasoned so well. Their wings had no seasoning. I say, use the seasoning used on the chicken breast. That would make those wings amazing. The garlic bread with cheese was excellent, garlicky. This was an overall very good experience. Customer service was awesome and delivery man also.“
“I went to the new location on Church street and I was impressed with the space and ambience of this wing establishment. The owner was accommodating and friendly. He referred to me by my first name (Sue) which is a plus especially in Customer Service. The food I received was delicious and he even threw in a dessert on the house. I’ll return soon just because….“
“Want to give 5 stars based on product and speed of order. My order was complete within the time period specified and ready for pickup, and the wings were very good. Love the ton of curly fries that come with the order. Will be happy to support this business as it grows. Hope to see more flavors in the future. My only critique would be the ranch dressing provided be made slightly thicker. It was a little on the wateryside, but I'm just nitpicking.“
