This Sonic was incredibly slow, and their slushie machine was broken. We waited 5 minutes in the drive-thru and another 30 minutes in a stall. Honestly, if it weren’t for our carhop, Justine, this would’ve been a 1-star review. She was super empathetic about the delay and got our food out immediately. We probably just got unlucky, and thanks to her, we'd give them another shot.
I got to Milford sonic at 12:40 on June 18th ( night of the 17th) we sat waiting to place an order as there were two cars at the window. We waited until the last car was gone and with no communication from speaker pulled up to window at 12:53. No communication and just shut the lights off.
I can't blame the crew. They are only 3 and customer are lining up. Management should address the issue.

Sonic Drive-In serves good food, including fabulous chicken sandwiches, double cheeseburgers, and sonic smash burgers, accompanied by crispy tator tots and cheddar poppers. The service can be friendly and fast, with professional, accommodating, and incredibly attentive staff. However, mobile orders may not work, and the stalls can be unreliable. Drive-through ordering is available, and parking spaces offer a convenient way to order and receive food without leaving the car. Note that inside dining is not available at this location.
