“Good selection of options using Brazilian cheese bread. Breakfast and lunch items. You can purchase ready to eat or frozen so you can take it home and make it fresh yourself. Service is always friendly and welcoming. It's essentially a take out place with a couple tables. Located in the same building as a gas station. So atmosphere is consistent with that setting, but clean and easy access and no issues parking.

“To reviewer tmG9470YS - I think you have reviewed the wrong bakery. Our bakery is spotless, all our baked goods are baked fresh and we don't even use the dumpsters (we dont want to attract bears). So I don't know where you went and a found a dirty bakery and found box mixes in the dumpsters it was not Southbury Baking Company. It must have been another local bakery. “My husband surprised me with a dinner gathering at Red Lotus. Immediately upon walking in we were greeted by two staff members and the owner Larry. Gary was our server who I must say was by far the best server we have ever had. Gary and Larry truly made us feel like we were the only ones there (they had a full house) the food was delicious we were a party of 8 and all had different plates none of us were disappointed with our food. The presentation of the plates were beautiful! Larry made sure to come to our table and assure we were satisfied with our food and service took time out to talk with us and build a relationship. What an awesome experience! The website is so easy to use, although the cake was only available from the Bethel location, but that was not a big deal. The baked goods were delicious - my coworkers were all asking where I got them from, everyone loved them. And everything was ready for pick up right on time.“

“Finally tried this place after living in town for 8 months. It was totally fine and hit the spot. Solid pizza. Super friendly staff. We got a half plain, half pepperoni. I’d go back and try some of their special pies at some point but overall it was pretty good.“

“So, I actually never rate places, but I do have to say that I was very happy with this place. I thought it was a just a pizza joint with a fire fighter novelty. Pizza was excellent AND it came out fast. Menu was way more than just bar food, and by the looks, just as good as the pizza. Will definitely return and order other items. BTW, staff was awesome too?“
